First of all, Lycosidae is a shield and thus its effect is off-limits to two-handed weapons. 2H weapons (that aren't Kongor's Undying Rage or Lioneye's Glare) are still stuck with Resolute Technique.
People did that before this shield existed and bypassed accuracy that way. Its just harder to pull of, because you need some exalted orbs and lvl8 masters. All of that got destroyed by a lvl11 shield :D and now its back.
And as Raics said, Resolute Technique is hewing very close to being a required allocation on the right side. When your choice is "Allocate Resolute Technique, sigh at all the damage you're losing from Elemental Overload or other crit triggers" or "do not allocate Resolute Technique, struggle to break 80% hit rate regardless of crit"...is that really a choice? Is it really any wonder that when Choice #3, "Equip Lycosidae, get RT for one-handed weapons except WITHOUT sacrificing EO or other cool damage boosters for your build" became available, it was jumped on?
I don't want to see a proliferation of "Hits cannot be evaded". It is an extremely powerful modifier, on this we can all agree. Did Grinding Gear expect their cheap beater Rawhide Tower unique shield with the funky graphic and the flavor of "makes counterattacks juicy" to become one of the most popular and defining items in the game? Clearly not. But maybe they should have, given how massively high Resolute Technique keeps scoring in their Most Used Keystones metrics. This, as well as Lycosidae's unexpected* meteoric rize in popularity, is something that should be interpreted as the playerbase screaming for left-side accuracy.
~80% hit rate sucks rocks. No part of it is fun. Investing in a build to overcome its weaknesses is fun, but there comes a point where too much investment for too little return swings back to unfun again. Accuracy is so scarce on the left side that I'm not sure I've seen a single left-side build (outside weird Juggernauts with the accuracy node almost nobody uses) with greater than 90% hit rate without Resolute Technique.
Nobody's asking for a dozen new HCBE uniques. That's a pissy solution and we all know it. Nobody's asking for four hundred free Dex on the right side. Nobody's saying Lycosidae shouldn't be less popular than it is. We're saying that Lycosidae will not stop being as popular as it is until the cost of not taking it stops being so painful. People can complain all they like about how accuracy should be a feature of Dex builds and right-siders, but the reality of the game is that hitting stuff is fun, not hitting stuff is not fun, and since people want to have fun they'll continue to use whatever they have to in order to hit stuff.
If you want Lycosidae to be less popular and powerful? Give us an accuracy cluster or three on the left side. Not a big one, but even little clusters are better than no clusters at all. Give players the chance to do the thing where they get to invest in standard accuracy. There should be a range of options between "Resolute Technique, 100% accuracy, 0% crit", "Lycosidae, 100% Accuracy, standard crit, 1H only", and "<80% hit rate after investment". Trust me, plenty of folks would like to use shields other than Lycosidae on left-side 1H builds. Or go dual-wield. Or even go two-hander without being forced into Resolute Technique. But they realistically can't do that when accuracy is essentially nonexistent over there, can they? More about information, click here
In the past few days, we are discussing the War for the Atlas. The Path of Exile is an action game and the economy in Path of Exile is different from other MMORPGs. You do not need gold to buy things, but you can exchange the items in Path of Exile Currency. Path of Exile has launched their latest expansion, War for the Atlas, on PC. An Xbox One version is launching later in December, but console players know what to look forward to - 32 new randomized maps, new challenges, and new rewards. Some of the big features are -
1. War for the Atlas:
The Elder and The Shaper battle for the Atlas, and decay grips the land.
2. The Atlas, Redrawn:
Head to the center of the Atlas, with new paths and new challenges.
3. New Bosses:
The Elder looks mean, but before players can take him on, they will have to take down the Elder Guardians. Are we sure they're guarding the Elder? Maybe they're just really old Guardians?
New End-game Items: Shaped Items and Elder Items come into play in this new expansion, with each having special properties.
4. More Character Customization:
Four new Skill Gems, Six new Support Gems, and over fifty new Unique Items.
6. Abyss League:
The next challenge for players is here. Across Wraeclast, ancient foes rise up from beneath, and those willing to take them on can claim Abyss Jewels to customize characters and items in new ways.
The Abyss Challenge League also begins today. “Coinciding with the launch of Path of Exile: War for the Atlas, we're introducing the Abyss Challenge League,” says Grinding Gear Games. “Fight ancient foes that spill forth from the cracks beneath your feet as you journey across Wraeclast, and claim valuable new Abyss Jewels to customise your characters and items in new ways.” Gm2v Always concerned Path of Exile news, you can visit websit to more about news.
As we are the best Gm2v Gamer Online Store to buy route of exile foreign currency, we also like to keep a close eye on what is happening in the world of Path Of Exile. The War for the Atlas expansion is only a few days away and the full patch notes are ready to reveal! That means it's time to start planning your builds and create strategies for overcoming the trials ahead.
Do you feel this approach was worse than holding back information to bolster the patch notes with crazy reveals? I genuinely think the "underwhelming" feeling was more because we were happy to see the too powerful aspects of the game brought down, but then we're also left anticipating the weaker skills and ascendancies also buffed for more viable options.
The fact of the matter is we understand there is only time to do so much, but it often feels like we spend league after league waiting for things we asked 6 leagues ago :/
We get it, it just feels funny reading patch notes and then immediately crossing your fingers for 3.2 patch notes. I hope you don't mind if I address this here, but regarding "feeling bad about Chris having to make this kind of post", Chris really needs to get someone else to write his announcements for him. He's just not good at it. These things always happen because he misrepresents things (accidentally or otherwise).
How that pertains to these patch notes is this:
We have a decent list of buffs to go with it there are plenty of buffs in 3.1.0 as well, but we'll leave those as pleasant surprises. These both heavily imply that there are significant buffs to something. But he acknowledges in his "response" that he was already aware that there were time management issues that were going to stop a large amount of buffs from going out with the update. And not only that, but that one of the biggest things people have been waiting for, Ascendancy changes, aren't expected to be released for another 3 months.
This is a game with a ton of very dedicated fans. They pay very close attention to exactly how things are worded. Hell, the game itself encourages this. And when he tells everyone that the buff list is going to be a pleasant surprise, then tells us that what sounds like the majority of the buffs aren't even ready to release yet, it's frustrating, and people have a right to be frustrated about it.
Love Chris to death, love this game, and love the company, but he really needs to get someone else with experience in the area to critique his announcements. It's the whole "millions of dps without sacrificing defenses" fiasco all over again.

1) I bought 100,000 Chaos Orbs for Path of Exile. GM2V has the cheapest prices I have found, anywhere. Usually I wouldn't trust websites for online currency, but my friend told me he got some coins here, and that they were really good.
Anyway, the transaction was fast and smooth. Having paypal available was a great plus too. Definitely will shop at GM2V again, and will tell my friends where to get coins safely!
2) I have only used GM2V few times but it never let me down.Cool prices, fast delivery of products and thats pretty much all you need from a site like that!
3)I saw a link to GM2V and decided to give it a try. I am a skeptic when it comes to purchasing certain goods online especially from a different country than my own but my experience with GM2V was so good that I would not only use their service again but will also not bother using other alternatives. After the payment was made I received my product much faster than expected. Very Happy.
4) This company is the most cheap for Path of Exile currency. If i were a famous youtuber i will tell everyone in every video about the fast and reliable coins that GM2V have!!!
5) This is by far the best PoE Chaos orbs supplier , GM2V does super fast delivery loads of payment options including PayPal which I prefer , and the lowest and best Prices Around!! 5 stars, Definitely reccommend.
With less than two weeks until the War for the Atlas begins, today we're showcasing some of the unique items and divination cards you'll soon be able to find.
The following is the introduction of the unique items and divination cards point of view:
1) This new jewel is actually a noob trap imo. Assuming the extra burst just adds length to the cascade (not increasing the amount of overlap in the middle) these jewels are essentially taking 2 jewel slots to give you 40% conversion and a small amount of % damage (which is so much worse than % crit multi), the former of which you can easily get by either hrimsorrows, using phys to light gem or the helm enchant (endgame).
And then you get to use 2 rare jewels instead, two decent ones would give you like 13% life, 30% multi and like 40%res or 20% damage combined.
Honestly I only see this jewel being used for leveling or like day 1/2 of a league although personally I prefer just using the phys to light gem. It probably helps self cast a bit as they probably lack length in their cascade but for miners its unnecessary.
2) What's that? Melee skills like Reave and Infernal Blow are falling way out of favor?
The only possible solution is to buff Glacial Cascade.
Glacial Cascade comes at Level 28, the highest possible level for non-utility active skill gems (only the golems, Immortal Call, Abyssal Cry, and Phase Run are active skill gems requiring a higher level and are utility skills). The jewel seems nice but I feel this is the wrong way to buff this lesser-used skill. Other than that the gloves, shield, and cards seem really nice.
3) The conversion is just a cheap way to get the helm enchant and the extra circle will probably just be extending its range which wont do anything to single target bossing.
You also need to consider what you are giving up for these jewels. crit life jewels are so much stronger than these seem initially. I think people just see "glacial cascade" and immediately start to circle jerk without actually reading what it does and what it costs to use.
Over at the Path Of Exile site, they have the full list on there so be sure to check it out and let us know what Unique Items and Divination Cards you are hoping to get. Last week trailer for Path of Exile: War for the Atlas teased many new aspects of the upcoming expansion. You may have noticed one new boss, Shakari who will appear in Act Nine! The team has been working hard on this fight and we're eager to share a full reveal of this gameplay in action. The Path of Exile is an action game and the economy in Path of Exile is different from other MMORPGs. The most special advantage of exile is that you do not need gold to buy things, but you can exchange the items in PoE Currency.
Gruthkul kills people because the fight has a bunch super dark colors with nearly invisible ground effects that can overlap and do insane damage. A lot of the damage feels completely unavoidable in that fight.
This fight, in contrast, is very predictable. It's super bright and you can actually tell what the hell's going on.
People aren't going to 3-shot it due to the mechanics of the fight with all those different stages, but nothing in that video looked particularly scary.
While it's somewhat cool that GGG are playing around with the idea of less trivial boss fights, it's a little late for this sort of thing now. Unless they completely reverse track and decide to allow us to deterministic-ally farm bosses for specific loot, no one in their right mind will ever do a boss fight more times than necessary. With bosses in their current state, whether they be storyline or maps- you basically just want to get your build to a point where you can ignore anything the boss throws at you and blow through the annoyance and waste of time as fast as humanly possible. This is of course unless you're like most players who map, in which case you're never doing a boss past Kitava anyway, and you likely paid someone to carry you through that as well.
I personally wouldn't mind more intense boss fights, if they actually required an organized party to fight properly, or only an extremely solid solo build that's built a specific way, and if there were a loot or exp-based reason for doing so. Right now, as GGG has implemented bosses in their game, they're merely an irritating break in your progress while you sit there and wait for phases to complete so you can finish trivializing the boss that someone put hours or weeks of dev time into, only for you to ignore it as much as you can.
Right now bosses are in a very weird place in POE. I just hope GGG realize this and have some plans to work on them in the future. I wouldn't mind re-learning how to create builds if there's a reason to build differently and the loot and the mechanics actually reward a playstyle that isn't just "mow through this content as fast as you can or be broke forever". https://www.gm2v.com/path-of-exile

In this tutorial we will share with you the best FIFA 16 tips about intermediate skill moves.
Intermediate Skill Moves Tutorial
Perform more challenging skill moves to create space and beat defenders. Intermediate skill moves in FIFA 16 include the stand fake pass, heel flick turn, and simple rainbow.
To do the stand fake pass hold RT (XBox) / R2 (Playstation) while standing still and perform a fake shot by powering up with the shoot button and cancelling with the short pass button. Your player will kick the ball and then drag it back again with the sole of their foot.
To perform the heel flick turn, hold RB (XBox) / R1 (Playstation) and flick the right stick forward then back. Your player will drag the ball back, tap it with the other foot and kick it in the opposite direction to forward on coming defender.
For a simple rainbow, flick the right stick back the forwards twice. Time it right and your player will flick the ball up in the air and overhead. Use it to fall a defender and if you just feel like showing off.
To do some intermediate skill moves, you may need to use a modifier as well as the right analogue stick. Be sure to spend some time in the practice arena to properly learn these skills with the help of FIFA 16 Coins.
Please, be sure that you already know how to perform the basic skill moves, before going to more difficult ones.
To make things easier to understand, watch this Intermediate Skill Moves Tutorial video for FIFA 16:
I've seen a lot of great concepts for FIFA 16 in relation to packs , UI Menus and what not and they're all awesome and I would also like to add my 2 cents... and its about packs which I think would benefit a game. Right now packs are the following in regards to rating... Everyone under 65 OVR = Bronze Everyone between 66-74 = Silver Everyone Over 75 = Gold
why don't they just change this to... Bronze = 65 and under Silver = 66 - 80 Gold = 80 and above This would bring more incentive to open silver packs, Now someone like Kevin Prince Boateng or Lallana might have a little more worth because they would be technically the top of their tier. And due to the fact that there are more 75-79 rated players than there are 80-85 rated players the new packs would technically give you better odds for the gold packs at least assuming EA keep the same odds and also follow my next point.
2) ALL Consumables should be separated from Packs. In their own tiers They should have their own packs that should be available 24/7. Jumbo Consumable Packs 24 items every Friday 2000 fut 16 coins MAX
3) The 25k Gold Packs (3 rare players 12 gold) should be the standard Gold pack. Eliminating 7.5k and 5k packs. Seriously 1 rare out of 12 is 0.083 percent and that's not factoring card weights and the fact that ALL other consumables also have rare items.
Idk maybe this is just me but I feel like this could seriously help the overall complaint of packs, and odds and who knows maybe itll even help the market. Thoughts?
